Ingredients
- 2, ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup, melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
- Step 2: Add 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup powdered erythritol, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the food processor.
- Step 3: Process on high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Step 4: Transfer the mousse to serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
