- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla bean paste
- 1.5 cups fresh berries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Step 1: Whip 2 cups heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
- Step 2: Gently fold in 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 2 tbsp vanilla bean paste until fully combined.
- Step 3: Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top. Freeze for 4 hours until set.
- Step 4: Just before serving, mix 1.5 cups fresh berries with 1 tsp lemon juice and spoon over ice cream.
