One-Pan Chicken and Green Beans with Garlic

- 4 (about 6 oz each, skin-on) chicken thighs
- 1 cup, trimmed green beans
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2, zested and juiced lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place skin-side down and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Step 2: Flip chicken, add green beans to skillet, then pour in remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon zest; cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3: Squeeze lemon juice over top, then continue cooking for 5 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and green beans are tender-crisp.
