One-Pan Garlic Butter Chicken with Zucchini

  1. Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F), then transfer to a plate and set aside.
  2. Step 2: Add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, then add sliced zucchini. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender but still holds its shape.
  3. Step 3: Return chicken to the skillet. Squeeze 1 tbsp lemon juice and sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped dill. Toss to coat and heat through for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
