One-Pan Garlic Shrimp and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 12 oz, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup, chopped fresh basil
- 1/2, juiced lemon
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 12 oz shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Transfer to a plate.
- Step 2: Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes to the skillet, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add 1 cup cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes, until tomatoes begin to burst.
- Step 3: Return shrimp to the skillet, add 1/2 lemon juiced, 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, and 1/4 tsp salt. Cook for 1 minute more, until heated through and flavors meld.
