  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each) skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Season salmon with 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  3. Step 3: Arrange 1 bunch trimmed asparagus around the salmon.
  4. Step 4: Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and place 1 lemon slice on top of each fillet.
  5. Step 5: Roast for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
