One-Pan Lemon Pepper Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients
- 2, 6 oz each salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 bunch, trimmed asparagus
- 1, sliced into thin rounds lemon
- 1 tbsp (optional) butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each) skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Season salmon with 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 3: Arrange 1 bunch trimmed asparagus around the salmon.
- Step 4: Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and place 1 lemon slice on top of each fillet.
- Step 5: Roast for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 6: If using, melt 1 tbsp butter in a small pan and spoon over salmon just before serving.
