  2. Step 2: Add 2 bell peppers (sliced into thin strips) and 1 large onion (sliced) to skillet. Stir-fry 5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Step 3: Add 3 garlic cloves (minced), 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, and 1/4 cup chicken broth to skillet. Cook 2 minutes until broth reduces slightly.
  4. Step 4: Stir in 1 tbsp soy sauce, then season with pinch salt and black pepper. Cook 1 more minute until sauce thickens slightly and coats ingredients evenly.
