  1. Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 14 oz cubed tofu and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
  2. Step 2: Add 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp ginger powder to the skillet. Stir to coat tofu and cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  3. Step 3: Add 2 cups broccoli florets to the skillet, stir to coat with sauce, then cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring once, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  4. Step 4: Add 2 cups cooked white rice to the skillet and stir to combine, heating through for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Remove from heat, sprinkle with 1/4 cup sliced green onions and 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
