One-Pan Teriyaki Tofu with Broccoli and Rice

Ingredients
- 14 oz, pressed and cubed firm tofu
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 2 cups, florets broccoli
- 2 cups, cooked white rice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup, sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 14 oz cubed tofu and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
- Step 2: Add 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp ginger powder to the skillet. Stir to coat tofu and cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Step 3: Add 2 cups broccoli florets to the skillet, stir to coat with sauce, then cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring once, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Step 4: Add 2 cups cooked white rice to the skillet and stir to combine, heating through for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 5: Remove from heat, sprinkle with 1/4 cup sliced green onions and 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
