  2. Step 2: Add 1 minced garlic clove and 1/2 tsp grated ginger to the skillet, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Whisk together 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp rice vinegar in a small bowl, then pour over vegetables. Toss for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables evenly.
