One-Pan Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup, sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup, thinly sliced carrots
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove, minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp, grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Add 1 cup broccoli florets, 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers, and 1/2 cup sliced carrots, then stir-fry for 4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Step 2: Add 1 minced garlic clove and 1/2 tsp grated ginger to the skillet, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Whisk together 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp rice vinegar in a small bowl, then pour over vegetables. Toss for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables evenly.
- Step 4: Remove from heat, sprinkle with 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and serve immediately with rice or noodles.
