Orange Blossom Caramel Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter and press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Step 2: Bake crust for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
- Step 3: Beat 16 oz cream cheese until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until combined.
- Step 4: Mix in 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tbsp orange blossom water.
- Step 5: Add 2 large eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Fold in 1/2 cup sour cream.
- Step 6: Pour filling over cooled crust and bake 55 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
- Step 7: Cool oven with door ajar for 1 hour, then refrigerate 4 hours. Drizzle 1/4 cup caramel sauce over top before serving.
