Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp, chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat 1.5 lbs chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp chopped rosemary, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp paprika.
- Step 2: Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken thighs. Place them in a single layer in a roasting pan.
- Step 3: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is golden and crisp.
- Step 4: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
