  3. Step 3: Reduce heat to medium. Add 1/4 cup apple cider, 2 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp Dijon mustard to the skillet. Simmer for 2 minutes, scraping up browned bits. Whisk in 1 tbsp all-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute until glaze thickens.
