Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs with Rosemary Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on Chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 tsp, chopped Fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 3: Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 10 minutes without moving, until skin is golden brown.
- Step 4: Flip chicken and cook for 10 minutes more, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Step 5: Remove chicken and set aside. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp chopped rosemary to the skillet, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 6: Stir in 2 tbsp butter until melted, then pour over the chicken to coat.
