  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Step 3: Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 10 minutes without moving, until skin is golden brown.
  4. Step 4: Flip chicken and cook for 10 minutes more, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Step 5: Remove chicken and set aside. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp chopped rosemary to the skillet, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
