Pan-Seared Lemon Garlic Chicken with Dill

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
- Step 3: Remove chicken and set aside. Add 4 garlic cloves, minced, to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
- Step 4: Pour in 1/4 cup lemon juice and stir to combine. Add 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped, and 1 tbsp butter, stirring until butter melts and sauce thickens slightly.
- Step 5: Return chicken to skillet, coating each piece in sauce, and cook for 1 minute to heat through.
