- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2, minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add pork chops and cook for 4 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
