- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 12 ounces peeled and deveined shrimp dry with paper towels, then season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 3: Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque, then remove from skillet.
- Step 4: Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes to the skillet, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
