  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F and place 1.5 lb pork tenderloin on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp minced ginger, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
  3. Step 3: Brush half the glaze over the pork, then bake for 25 minutes. Baste with remaining glaze every 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Step 4: Remove from oven, let rest 5 minutes, then slice and garnish with 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
