- 3 oz Aperol
- 2 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 oz Sparkling Water
Instructions
- Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 4 fresh mint leaves with 1 oz fresh pineapple juice until fragrant.
- Step 2: Add 3 oz Aperol and 2 oz Prosecco to the shaker, then shake gently for 10 seconds.
- Step 3: Strain into a chilled wine glass filled with ice.
- Step 4: Top with 1 oz sparkling water, stir once, and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
