Ingredients
- 2 oz pulque
- 1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.25 oz agave syrup
- 3 oz soda water
- pinch chili salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Rim a rocks glass with chili salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim, then dipping into a small plate of chili salt.
- Step 2: In a shaker, combine 2 oz pulque, 1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz lime juice, and 0.25 oz agave syrup. Shake with ice until frosty, about 20 seconds.
- Step 3: Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Top with 3 oz soda water, gently swirling to mix. Serve immediately with a grapefruit peel twist.
