- 1 cup White vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
- Step 1: Trim stems from 1 lb fresh okra and slice into 1/2-inch rounds.
- Step 2: Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup white vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp fresh dill, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve.
