Quick Shrimp Stir-Fry with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons Coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Add 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 teaspoon grated ginger, and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Step 3: Add 2 cups broccoli florets, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and stir-fry for 5 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
- Step 4: Stir in 2 tablespoons coconut aminos and cook for 1 minute until sauce thickens and coats the shrimp and broccoli evenly.
