Raspberry-Mint Infused Cooler

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups sparkling water
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, muddle 1 cup fresh raspberries and 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves with 1/4 cup honey until the berries release their juice and the mint is fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Step 2: Add 1/2 cup water to the muddled mixture and stir until the honey dissolves, about 1 minute.
- Step 3: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing gently on the solids to extract all the liquid.
- Step 4: Add 4 cups sparkling water and 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, then stir gently. Refrigerate for 2 hours to infuse, then serve over 1/4 cup ice cubes.
