Ingredients

- 0.5 ounces rose syrup
- 0.75 ounces fresh raspberry puree
- 3 ounces tonic water
- 4 fresh raspberries
- 3 edible rose petals
Instructions
- Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 ounces gin, 0.5 ounces rose syrup, and 0.75 ounces fresh raspberry puree. Add 3 to 4 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until chilled.
- Step 2: Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- Step 3: Top with 3 ounces tonic water, gently stirring to combine. Garnish with 4 fresh raspberries and 3 edible rose petals.
