Rose Petal Vinaigrette with Denver Herb Blend

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Edible rose petals
- 2 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp Fresh chives
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Gently rinse 1/4 cup edible rose petals and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel. Finely chop 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves and 1 tbsp fresh chives.
- Step 2: In a small jar, combine 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 3 tbsp avocado oil, and 1 tsp honey. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until fully emulsified, about 30 seconds.
- Step 3: Add the rinsed rose petals, chopped thyme, and chives to the vinaigrette. Shake again briefly until the petals are evenly distributed and the herbs are incorporated, about 15 seconds.
