Rosemary Aperol Lemonade

Ingredients
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 1 Fresh rosemary sprig
- 3 oz Sparkling water
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
- Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1 fresh rosemary sprig with 1 oz simple syrup for 10 seconds until fragrant and leaves release oil.
- Step 2: Add 2 oz Aperol, 1.5 oz fresh lemon juice, and 1 cup ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until mixture is frosty and well-chilled.
- Step 3: Strain into a glass filled with 1 cup fresh ice cubes.
- Step 4: Top with 3 oz sparkling water and gently stir once to combine bubbles.
