Rosemary-Garlic Pork Chops with Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) Pork chops
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat pork chops dry, then rub with 1 tbsp olive oil, rosemary, 2 minced garlic cloves, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: Heat remaining 1 tbsp olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 3 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer skillet to oven.
- Step 3: Roast pork chops for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Toss broccoli florets with 1 tsp olive oil and salt. Roast on a separate sheet for 15-18 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- Step 5: Mix lemon zest, lemon juice, and remaining 2 minced garlic cloves. Serve pork chops with roasted broccoli and drizzle with lemon garlic sauce.
