Rosemary-Infused Salmon with Lemon-Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 4, 6 oz each salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp, finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1, zested and juiced lemon
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp, chopped dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 4 salmon fillets on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Rub each fillet with 1 tbsp olive oil, then sprinkle with 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary and 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
- Step 2: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork. While salmon cooks, whisk together 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped dill, and 1 tsp lemon zest in a small bowl.
- Step 3: Remove salmon from oven and let rest 2 minutes. Drizzle with lemon-dill sauce and serve immediately with steamed asparagus.
