- 4 (about 6 oz each) Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp, finely chopped Fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 3 tbsp Fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary, 3 tbsp fresh orange juice, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp honey.
- Step 3: Brush mixture evenly over chicken breasts, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
