Rosewater-Scented Rice Pudding

Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine rice, milk, sugar, ground cardamom, and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Step 2: Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 30-35 minutes, stirring frequently, until rice is tender and mixture thickens to a pudding consistency.
- Step 3: Remove from heat, stir in rosewater, and let cool for 10 minutes.
