  2. Step 2: Add milk and knead for 2 minutes until a smooth, pliable dough forms.
  3. Step 3: Shape dough into 12 small balls (about 1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Step 4: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt ghee in a small pan and brush lightly over the dough balls.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown on top and firm to the touch. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
