Rum and Mango Muddled Cooler

Ingredients
- 1.75 oz spiced rum
- 1 oz fresh mango puree
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 leaves fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 thin slice mango slice
Instructions
- Step 1: In a mason jar, muddle cilantro leaves with mango puree until fragrant (about 10 seconds).
- Step 2: Add rum, lime juice, and ice cubes filling the jar to the top.
- Step 3: Seal and shake vigorously for 12 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice sphere.
- Step 4: Garnish with a thin mango slice resting on the rim and a cilantro leaf placed atop the slice.
