Ingredients
- 2 oz Spiced rum
- 1/2 cup Fresh pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger juice
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1 cup Crushed ice
- 1 Pineapple wedge
- 1 Lime slice
Instructions
- Step 1: Muddle 1/2 oz lime juice and 1/2 oz simple syrup in a cocktail shaker until sugar dissolves, then add 1 tbsp fresh ginger juice.
- Step 2: Add 2 oz spiced rum and 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice to the shaker, fill with 1 cup crushed ice, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until frosty.
- Step 3: Strain into a chilled tiki mug filled with fresh crushed ice, garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime slice, and serve immediately.
