Runway Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add 2 cups broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  2. Step 2: Add 1 sliced bell pepper and 1 julienned carrot, and stir-fry for 2 more minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp minced ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 tsp sugar. Pour over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Step 5: Cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat and drizzle with 1 tsp sesame oil.
