  1. Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 12 oz trimmed asparagus and 1 cup fresh peas, stirring to coat. Cook for 5 minutes until asparagus is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Step 2: Add 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to brown the garlic.
  3. Step 3: Stir in 1 tbsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp fresh dill, 1/4 cup vegetable broth, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2 more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the vegetables.
