Sautéed Beef and Broccoli with Garlic and Tamari

- 12 ounces flank steak
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1.5 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free tamari
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Step 1: Slice flank steak thinly against the grain. Heat 1 tablespoon avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook 3-4 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
- Step 2: Add remaining 1 tablespoon avocado oil to skillet, then add minced garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add broccoli florets and stir to coat with oil. Add tamari, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and water, stirring to combine.
- Step 4: Return beef to skillet, stir until sauce thickens slightly (3-4 minutes), and broccoli is tender-crisp.
