Sautéed Chicken Thighs with Garlic Butter and Green Beans

  1. Step 1: Pat chicken thighs dry and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F). Remove and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter and add 4 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add green beans and 1/4 cup chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until beans are tender-crisp.
  4. Step 4: Return chicken to skillet and cook for 2 minutes to heat through. Stir in 1 tbsp butter and 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
