Sautéed Chicken Thighs with Garlic Butter and Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb, trimmed green beans
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup, chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat chicken thighs dry and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F). Remove and set aside.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter and add 4 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add green beans and 1/4 cup chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until beans are tender-crisp.
- Step 4: Return chicken to skillet and cook for 2 minutes to heat through. Stir in 1 tbsp butter and 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
