Sautéed Chicken with Fresh Dill and Lemon Zest

  1. Step 1: Pat 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs dry and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and sear for 5 minutes per side until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Melt 2 tbsp butter in the same skillet, add 2 minced garlic cloves and 2 tbsp chopped dill, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in zest and juice of 1 lemon, return chicken to skillet, and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through and juices run clear.
