  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add 2 slices smoked bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Step 3: Add 1 minced garlic clove to the skillet with the bacon fat and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
