Sautéed Green Beans with Lemon and Almonds

Ingredients
- 12 oz, trimmed green beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1, zested and juiced lemon
- 2 tbsp, sliced almonds
- 1 clove, minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add 12 oz trimmed green beans and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.
- Step 2: Add 1 minced garlic clove and stir for 1 minute until fragrant, then add 1/4 tsp salt and cook for 30 seconds.
- Step 3: Remove from heat and immediately stir in the zest and juice of 1 lemon. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sliced almonds for crunch.
