- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, avoiding browning.
- Step 2: Add chopped kale and stir to coat with oil. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until kale is wilted and tender.
- Step 3: Remove from heat, stir in 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
