Sautéed Mushroom Rings with Lemon and Thyme

  3. Step 3: Add minced garlic and thyme, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant, then squeeze in 1 tbsp lemon juice and add zest from half the lemon.
  4. Step 4: Season with salt and pepper, add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, and cook for 2 minutes more until sauce reduces slightly and coats mushrooms.
