  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 4 minutes until golden and edges crisp, stirring occasionally.
  3. Step 3: Add kale, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Toss constantly for 3 minutes until kale wilts and becomes tender but still vibrant green.
