  3. Step 3: Add 12 ounces shrimp and 1/2 teaspoon salt, then cook for 2 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. Step 4: Stir in 1.5 tablespoons Aperol and the zest and juice of half an orange, cooking for 60 seconds.
