Sautéed Shrimp with Aperol and Orange

- 12 ounces Shrimp
- 1.5 tablespoons Aperol
- 1 Orange
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant, avoiding browning.
- Step 3: Add 12 ounces shrimp and 1/2 teaspoon salt, then cook for 2 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Step 4: Stir in 1.5 tablespoons Aperol and the zest and juice of half an orange, cooking for 60 seconds.
- Step 5: Remove from heat, stir in 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
