Sautéed Shrimp with Cherry Tomatoes and Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 lb, peeled and deveined Shrimp
- 1 cup, halved Cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh basil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, avoiding browning.
- Step 2: Add 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque; remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- Step 3: Add 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened and juicy.
- Step 4: Return shrimp to skillet, add 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 cup chopped basil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Toss for 1 minute until heated through.
