Sautéed Shrimp with Cilantro Lime

Ingredients
- 12 oz, peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1, juiced and zested lime
- 1/4 cup, chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 12 oz peeled and deveined shrimp dry with paper towels and season with 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Squeeze in juice from 1 lime and add 1/4 cup fresh cilantro and 1/4 tsp lime zest. Toss to combine and cook for 1 more minute until shrimp are heated through.
