Sautéed Shrimp with Garlic Chili Oil

Ingredients
- 12 oz (340g) large shrimp
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 12 oz shrimp dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, sautéing 1 minute until garlic is golden and fragrant (do not brown).
- Step 3: Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Step 4: Remove from heat, stir in 1 tbsp lime juice, and toss to coat. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
