Sautéed Spinach and Eggs with Garlic

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- Step 2: Add 5 oz fresh spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring until wilted and tender.
- Step 3: Push spinach to the sides of the skillet, crack 2 large eggs into the center, and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until eggs are set to your preference.
